    To top it all off their work has earned them several awards among which are:

    Meridiana Prize 1999 awarded by the Andalusian Women's Institute
    Award for Best Spanish Food Company 2006 awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture and fisheries Andaluica for Women in Business
    Award for Best Women's Initiative 2008 given by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Andalucia.

The idea of forming this partnership between these 5 ladies started in 1995, the year in which the sugar factory in San Rafael Villarrubia (Córdoba) closed its doors leaving many family members in the area out of work and with no alternative but to emigrate.

Their idea was to produce typical andalucian dishes such as Gazpacho, Salmorejo, creamed vegetables and olive pates and their 2 main objectives were: the conservation and promotion of Mediteranean cooking and their commitment to the economic and business development of the area.

From early 1996 until today Lola and her partners have been working to realize what encouraged them to start. They keep innovating and adding new products to their range have also made the leap abroad. Their products are marketed in several European countries, in USA and Japan.
